In January 2019, we asked major investment and consulting firms how they use expert networks. The questions covered how companies procure expert network services, how their usage develops, how they pay for calls, and how they handle GDPR compliance.
We now make parts of the findings available to a wider audience, in the Expert Network Usage Survey 2019.
