Expertise on Demand (EonD) is a small expert network headquartered in Warsaw, Poland. Its founders have backgrounds in consulting firms and international organizations.

In August 2020, EonD had a team of 25 people and an expert database of 60 000+ expert consultants.

The firm's expert recruitment model strongly relies on Network Navigators - individuals across different industries, who refer people in their personal networks to EonD assignments. In a way, this makes the expert network an aggregator of a number of smaller personal networks, a relatively new model in the industry.

Aside from the standard phone consultation services, the firm offers different ways to engage experts for longer-term assignments.
