Knowledge Ridge is a mid-sized global expert network, specialized in custom research and expertise delivery across all industries. It was founded in 2016 by a senior manager with then 12 years of experience working with the pioneers in expert network industry. Knowledge Ridge has researchers on the ground and local language capabilities across all significant business regions of the world. According to our estimates, it had around 50 employees in June 2020. It is headquartered in Pune – India, and has offices in Gurugram – India, and Houston, TX – USA.

The main service offered by the company is the standard one hour phone consultation with expert advisors. In addition to that, Knowledge Ridge also organizes on-site visits, surveys and workshops or longer-term expert placements. It launched the Premium Insights service KRPI in August 2020, hosting roundtables, seminars and panels for subscription clients.
