Our clients include investment funds, strategy consultants and corporates, seeking specialized insights from worldwide experts.
What is the Inex One EMS?
The Inex One EMS is a SaaS platform that helps you manage your expert networks efficiently. Instead of using emails and spreadsheets, you communicate with your networks in one central dashboard. Review all experts in one combined list, book experts, and manage all Q&A and billing in one place.
Who uses the EMS?
- Strategy consulting firms
- Investment funds (Private equity, hedge)
- Strategy and M&A departments of large enterprises
How do I set up the EMS?
Your EMS can be configured in a day. Request a trial here.
Will it work with my current expert networks?
Yes, you can use the EMS to manage expert networks that you have contracts with. The EMS software replaces your email software, for structuring the communication with expert networks.
What if my expert network doesn't want to use the EMS?
Just as you decide which email or cloud hosting software to use, you decide whether to use the EMS. If your expert network is not complying, it is doing you a disservice by preventing your teams from working efficiently and securely. As their customer, you can require that they comply.
Both you and your network are data controllers for data on experts. The EMS helps you both fulfil your legal obligations, clarified here.
You may also consider working with the ANP members. These are specialized expert networks, selected and contracted by Inex One. ANP members are available to users in the EMS, and will supply you with experts upon request.
How do I use the EMS?
The EMS is your one-stop-shop for expert calls. Log on to your organization's EMS to send a request for expert calls. You use it to communicate with both your current expert networks, and Approved Network Program (ANP) members provided by Inex One.
Experts from all networks will show in one combined list, where you can request interviews directly.
How is it different from my current setup? (Analysts)
Today, most client users email with expert networks, and get overlapping experts in different formats (see articles on typical usage, and challenges). The EMS helps you to:
- Access more experts from specialized networks
- Get faster responses with more networks
- See ratings of expert quality
- Work efficiently:
- See all experts in one list and format
- Track all call costs in one place
- Manage all Q&A with networks in one place
How is it different from my current setup? (Managers)
To many users, the cost and compliance processes with expert networks are complex and intransparent. Inex One lets you as user get:
- Pay-per-use contracts, instead of yearly upfront
- Better prices per call
- GDPR compliance
- Complete oversight of all spend across all networks
- One master dashboard for compliance-screening of all experts
- Quality assessment metrics of your expert networks, based on firm-wide usage and analyst feedback
Can I see all my billing from all networks?
Yes, the EMS shows the costs for all your completed and scheduled calls. This makes it easy to stay on budget, also when using multiple networks.
What is the Approved Network Program (ANP)?
The ANP is a collaboration between Inex One and high-performing expert networks. Inex One works with selected expert networks in different regions, offering their services to clients that wish to access them.
Can I still call my expert network?
Certainly. The EMS is a tool to facilitate collaboration with expert networks, not limit it. Most things are convenient in the consolidated Q&A tab, whereas other things are better on the phone - you decide.
We work with expert networks from around the globe. Some are contracted by the clients directly, whereas others are Approved Network Program (ANP) members, contracted by Inex One.
What is the Inex One EMS?
The Inex One EMS is a SaaS platform that helps you work on client projects efficiently. Instead of using emails and spreadsheets, you communicate with your client teams in one central dashboard. Manage all experts, bookings, Q&A and billing in one place.
I received an invitation to the EMS. What does it mean?
You have been invited to your client's Expert Management System. After registering a user account, you can start uploading expert profiles to your client - similar to how you have shared profiles previously.
How do I use the EMS?
When a client requests an interview with your expert(s) through the EMS, you will get notified about this to arrange a teleconference. After the teleconference you enter the duration of the interview and confirm your amount billed.
You may invite multiple team members to collaborate on each client request.
How is it different from my current setup?
Most correspondence with your client(s) will take place over the EMS, instead of over email. This helps all parties collaborate efficiently and remain compliant with personal data legislation (GDPR), clarified here.
What happens to expert profiles that I upload to the EMS?
The profiles that you upload will be shared with your client(s) working on that particular request. The profiles are not shown to any other expert networks, or to any other third party. Inex One does not resell the profile data or contact the experts. All expert data is anonymized 12 months after the completion of the request.
Can I see all my billing with the client?
The EMS contains all details on completed expert interviews, including billing.
What is the Approved Network Program?
The Approved Network Program (ANP) is a collaboration between Inex One and a few high-performing expert networks. Inex One works with selected expert networks in different regions, offering their services to clients that wish to access them.
As an expert network, you get:
- Access to a steady stream of relevant projects from global clients.
- Time to focus on your core business; no need to do outbound sales.
Can I join the Approved Network Program?
Depending on your focus and expertise, your network may be able to join. Inex One performs a vetting process of all Expert Networks applying to join the Approved Network Program. Read more and apply at https://inex.one/approved-networks
Can I still call my client?
Yes, depending on your client's preferences. The EMS is a tool to facilitate collaboration with expert networks, not limit it. Most things are convenient in the consolidated Q&A tab, but some clients also like to discuss details separately.
