Survey Healthcare Global (SHG) is a market research firm focused on healthcare market research. It was founded in 2009 and today headquartered in New York City, with offices in London, Berlin, and Manila.

SHG has an expansive global panel of over 2 million verified healthcare professionals, across all major therapeutic categories. The panel includes physicians, nurses, pharmacists, payers, patients, and caregivers. Clients can access this panel in three main ways:

SHG milestones include:

  • In 2009, it was founded in NYC as Survey Healthcare Universal (SHC).

  • In 2019, it acquired OMR Globus, a German-based healthcare panel, and changed name to SurveyHealthcareGlobus (SHG).

  • In 2020, SHG was acquired by Saroras Private Capital and grouped with their portfolio company InCrowd under the name Apollo Intelligence.

  • In 2022, SHG renamed to the current name Survey Healthcare Global. Its parent Apollo Intelligence was acquired by Frazier, a private equity firm.
