Ekas (formerly Ekas Marketing) is a fieldwork and data analysis agency headquartered in Sydney, Australia, founded in 1971. The firm was acquired by M3 (via M3 Global Research) in December 2021, and continues to operate under its own name as a subsidiary.

Ekas describes itself as Australia's largest and most experienced fully independent fieldwork and data analysis agency, offering a full spectrum of market and social research services across a broad range of methodologies. While healthcare is strongly represented - the firm holds the largest validated healthcare professional (HCP) panel in Australia, covering more than 30% of the country's healthcare professionals - Ekas also conducts research across B2B and consumer markets. The firm holds ISO 20252 and ISO 27001 certifications.

The acquisition marked M3's first operational hub in the ANZ region and its eighth market research subsidiary globally. Ekas remains under its existing leadership post-acquisition, and is part of the wider M3MR Group of healthcare fieldwork businesses, alongside m360 Research, QQFS, and pharma-insight.
