How things started
The Inex One team has backgrounds in leading strategy consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, Kearney) and expert networks (Coleman, Dialectica, Alphasights, Prosapient). We joined forces to improve the industry - and improve access to expertise, worldwide.
At Inex One, we obsess about our clients' and partners success. We are successful because we help them be successful. By providing the best way to obtain market insights, we've grown rapidly since we were founded in 2018. You can get a sense of who our clients are here. Curiosity-fueled, Jing Han brings calm, precise problem-solving to every build. When he’s not untangling bugs, he’s experimenting in the kitchen, deep-diving into challenging technical topics, and soaking up time with his newborn daughter.
Grim Sjöberg
CFO
Grim joined as CFO in 2021 and has been keeping our numbers in check ever since. Before Inex One, he tackled finance at Mavenoid and go-to-market at Google and Tesla. These days, he makes sure the math adds up so the rest of us can dream big.

Hailing from Sweden and a current Thailand resident, Gustaf is our code-slinging social butterfly. A true globetrotter, he’s just as likely to be debugging on a beach as brainstorming in a café halfway across the world.
From tackling strategy at McKinsey & Company and Oliver Wyman to running his own expert network, Previro, Max has seen it all. Now as co-founder of Inex One, he channels that experience (and plenty of energy) into building something better every day.

Based in Croatia with his family, Davor brings a sharp developer’s mind and a love for the outdoors. When he’s not solving tech puzzles, you might find him tracking wildlife on a quiet morning hunt.
Born and raised in Stockholm with English heritage, Alex works closely with clients in the UK and Benelux. When he’s not deep in projects, he’s likely watching Arsenal or Djurgården - always with the same dedication that he brings to his work.
Born in Mexico, raised in Germany, and now in Stockholm, Niccolò is our globetrotter. He loves languages, hiking, traveling, and cheering on Eintracht Frankfurt—usually with a beer in hand. He also supports our DACH clients.
Born and raised in northern Sweden and now based in Stockholm, Lisa takes care of our Nordic clients. Off the clock, you’ll likely find her on the tennis court, bringing the same positivity and drive to the game as she does to her work.
Based in Athens, Paula is our go-to for consulting teams across EMEA. A natural connector, she makes client collaboration smooth and effective — all while chasing the sun and her next adventure.
Aslam Johan

Rooted in Singapore, Aslam brings a strategist’s mind to every build and an eye for elegant solutions. When he’s not shipping features, he’s masterminding board-game wins, plotting his next getaway, or chasing the city’s tastiest hawker-stall bites.
Leading sales and accounts across the Americas. Based in Raleigh, he mixes his competitive drive with a love for fitness, discovering restaurants, and hunting down the perfect brew. If there’s a blueberry muffin around, chances are it won’t last long.
With a background in Germany, Sweden and the US, Abbe works with Private Equity firms across EMEA. A multilingual globetrotter, he combines work with skiing the alps, planning rugby plays and travelling the world.
Alex combines his interests in sports, psychology and business to help our US clients get the insights they need to win. When not in the office, you find him outdoors: on a hiking trail, running track, or camping tour.
Gourav turns data into strategy, helping the team make smarter decisions and build a better business. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him exploring a new hiking trail, flying his drone in search of the perfect aerial shot, or reading non-fiction.
