Evalueserve Circle of Experts was an expert network run within Evalueserve, a research company. Circle of Experts was originally founded in 2003 as Nitron Circle of Experts and was acquired by Evalueserve in 2007.

Circle of Experts later merged with Tribeca Insights, a US-based expert network founded in early 2008. Tribeca Insights formed an initial partnership with Business Connect China in August 2009, and in 2011, the combined business - Circle of Experts, Tribeca Insights, and Business Connect China.- merged to form a new consolidated entity, Advantus Global, later unified under what is today Business Connect China.
