Cint had previously acquired P2Sample in 2019, a US-based programmatic sampling platform, and later acquired GapFish in 2021, a Berlin-based panel provider covering the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
In 2026, Cint was taken private by Triton Partners, completing a public cash offer of SEK 5.60 per share in August 2026 - a significant ownership change following the company's earlier public listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.
