Intellex is an expert network and expert witness services provider based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Intellex itself launched in 2021 as a sister company to BelFlex Staffing (founded in 1989).

On March 22, 2024, Intellex acquired Expert by Big Village, becoming an independent entity owned by the McCaw Family. Expert by Big Village itself carried its own long naming history - originally ORC Expert Services (a branch of media company Engine Group, previously ORC International), later operating as Intota under an ex-Vista and Guidepoint executive, before becoming known as Expert Engine ahead of the 2024 acquisition. Combined, Intellex describes this as bringing together 40 years of expert network heritage.

Today, Intellex offers expert consultations (via phone, email, or on-site), expert witness services for litigation, and expert-based research support (data gathering, analytics, industry benchmarking), drawing on a network it says spans over 30,000 subject matter experts.
