An expert call is a one-to-one consultation (also referred to as in-depth interviews (IDIs)) with an industry expert, organized by an expert network, usually to get first-hand insights for market research or due diligences.

Here you'll find all the networks in our directory that offer this service. Which one suits you depends mainly on which type of expertise you're looking for.

How do you choose an expert network?

  • Can they find experts the industry or market you need? Check coverage by region or by industry specialty, not just the number in their database.

  • How do they handle compliance? Ask for their compliance processes, specifically on how experts are screened and briefed before a call. As a client, you will also be briefed on what is acceptable to ask on a call.

  • What does a call cost, and how it it billed? Per call, per hour and subscription models exist. Many networks bill in "credits" where the actual $ value of the credit is determined by a pre-payment.
