ENC is an expert network aggregator operated by Right Angle, a Moldova-based expert network. The company is a division of DevelopmentAid, a recruitment and research firm based in Cyprus, Moldova and Gibraltar.
Right Angle Global launched in 2019, operating a standard expert network model. In 2022, the company launched ENC or Expertnetworkcalls.com, presented as an expert network aggregator platform. It's not the first expert network to launch an aggregator - and also no the first one to run into difficulties trying to be "both player and referee". ENC reportedly struggled getting legitimate expert networks to trust the platform being independent and unbiased. Conversely, Inex One is an independent and unbiased marketplace, not affiliated with any expert network.
In April 2026, ENC let go of most of its team as the company was struggling.
